The general objective of AMP is to propose a transport policy for the city, with the strategies and action plans in the short, medium and long term, considering all components of the transportation system of the city, in close liaison with the relevant territorial and environmental policies, in coordination with the various agencies involved in urban mobility planning and based on an update of the basic transport information and the diagnosis and prognosis of mobility.
