PN-T1108 : Support to Panama Logistics Plan

The objective of CT is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the logistics sector of Panama Government, by structuring legal, technical and institutional a Technical Secretariat Logistics (STL) to support both coordination and dialogue between public and private actors required for the National Agenda, and to the implementation of Agenda, taking into account technical and institutional inputs necessary for the development of Panama as a global logistics hub. Specifically, the TC will support in drafting the Terms of Reference (TOR) necessary to carry out studies of specific components of the national logistics system and the implementation of activities to solve specific problems and identify the scope of studies greater complexity defined as priorities. Also support technical assistance activities to support timely dialogue and consensus between public and private actors.
