PN-L1089 : Strengthening Macrofinancial and Fiscal Management II

The general objective of the program is to reduce the fiscal risk of macroeconomic and financial shocks by strengthening the macrofinancial and fiscal management framework. The specific objectives are: (i) to reduce sovereign risk; and (ii) to maintain financial stability. To this end, the program will strengthen the country¿s macrofinancial and fiscal management framework through four key components: (i) macroeconomic stability; (ii) development of government asset and liability management tools; (iii) development of macroprudential regulations, supervision, and instruments; and (iv) strengthening of risk-based supervision.
