Support for strengthening institutional effectiveness and the provision of citizen-centered services in Peru

The main objective of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the strengthening of institutional effectiveness in Peru by optimizing the institutional capacities of key Peruvian government entities for digital transformation and the provision of citizen-centered public services through data-driven governance and the use of analytical tools, including artificial intelligence (AI). Among the key entities, the National Registry of Identification and Civil Status (RENIEC) stands out as the governing body of the country's identification and civil registry system, whose information and services are a fundamental enabler for the implementation of public policies, the provision of government services, digital interoperability, and the social and digital inclusion of citizens.
