Institutional Strengthening of PROINVERSIÓN in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)

The general objective of this Technical Cooperation is to strengthen the institutional and technical capacities of PROINVERSIÓN within the framework of the new PPP regulations. The specific objectives are: (i) to strengthen the technical capacities of the public actors involved in the life cycle of PPP projects through specialized training; and (ii) strengthen the digital governance of PPP projects through the implementation of institutional technological services that standardize processes, improve traceability and technical supervision and asset management.
