Support the Government of Peru (GoP) in defining a long-term energy policy using the CEPLAN methodology. The specific objectives are : (i) support the development of studies to define a long-term vision for the energy sector through participatory processes; (ii) outline a roadmap of the investments needed to achieve that vision; and (iii) identify the public policies and regulatory measures required for its implementation.
