The general objective of the TC is to strengthen the technical and institutional capacity of the Government of Peru, through the National Infrastructure Authority (ANIN), to structure an integrated disaster risk management model for priority river basins. The specific objectives are to: (i) support the development and optimization of studies and designs for integrated risk management programs; and (ii) enhance institutional capacity for the preparation, execution, and operation and maintenance of investments.
