The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the process of transformation and modernization of social reintegration services in Peru, through the strengthening of the institutional capacities of MINSJUSDH and INPE, specialized technical assistance, transfer of knowledge and best practices from regional and international experiences, to improve the offer of social reintegration services of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PPL) into society.
