Measuring the effectiveness of a low-cost post-secondary non-formal education program on advanced digital skills

The objective of this non-reimbursable technical cooperation (TC) project is to generate knowledge for the region about the effectiveness of non-formal post-secondary education programs in advanced digital skills, generally known as "coding bootcamps". Specifically, it will seek to measure the impact of a bootcamp with a high potential to be scalable given its low cost.
