Support for the cultural heritage management in historic centers
The objective of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the Ministry of Culture (MINCUL) and the subnational governments involved in the revitalization of the Historic Centers (CH) in Peru, through the preparation of technical and operational inputs that allow them to develop strategies to achieve a greater impact with their interventions. Specifically, the TC will strengthen the cultural heritage management capacities of MINCUL and the Municipalities of Rímac (Lima) and Huamanga (Ayacucho) in operational, social and knowledge management issues, as well as in the definition of new administrative procedures that will speed up the execution of works considering the recent regulatory changes for the Historic Center of Lima.
