Pilot implementation for innovation plans in water companies

The main objective of this non-refundable Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen innovation capabilities, promote the transversal use of digital technologies in the digitalization of processes and provision of digital services by the Drinking Water and Sewerage Service of Lima (SEDAPAL), entity in charge of the provision of drinking water, sewage and wastewater treatment in Lima and Callao, with the purpose of "improving the quality and access of digital services in interoperable, safe, available, scalable, agile, accessible, and that facilitate transparency for citizens and people in general."
