The objective of the technical cooperation is to support the National Program for Technological Development and Innovation (PROINNOVATE) and the Institute of Production Technology (ITP), both dependent on the Ministry of Production, to operationalize sustainability and climate change criteria in these institutions' financial and technical assistance programs, which in turn will improve the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the face of the new global context.
