Good Practices in Public-Private Partnsrships (PPP): Program of Wastewater Treatment Plants in Peru
The objective of this TC is to support the preparation and structuring of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) projects in the wastewater treatment sector in Peru, through the implementation of best practices that can also be replicated in the rest of the the region. Specifically, this TC is developed to provide support to the Private Investment Promotion Agency - PROINVERSIÓN, in the supervision and promotion of a Program of co-financed private initiatives aimed at the Treatment of Wastewater for final disposal or reuse in: (i ) Cusco; (ii) Cajamarca; (iii) La Libertad; (iv) Cañete; (v) Chincha and (vi) Tarapoto, and in the structuring of one of those 6 (six) projects. Additionally, this TC will try to consolidate IDB support for Proinversión projects, and ensure that these good practices can be replicated in the region.
