Support to the Urban Transport System of Lima (II)
The general objective of the TC is to support the National Government authorities in coordinating and supervising the project. The specific objectives are: (i) to provide technical support in the review of definitive studies and pre-investment studies; (ii) to provide technical assistance in the implementation of involuntary resettlement and communication plans; and (iii) to conduct additional studies of Line 2. The agencies involved are: Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC), Autonomous Electric Train Authority (AATE), Supervisory Body for Investment in Public Transport Infrastructure (OSITRAN), and the Municipalities of Lima and Callao.
