Strengthening the Viceministry of Mines in Peru (CANEF Phase 1)

The objective of this technical cooperation is to support the sustained and responsible development of the extractive sector in Peru, by supporting the strengthening of the Ministry of Energy and Mines. The project helps improve the effectiveness of the Vice-Ministry of Mines in three aspects: (i) in promoting mining sector competitiveness and private investment; (Ii) improving its operational efficiency; and (iii) supporting the dissemination of the results and efforts of the entity.
