Support for the Development of the Labor Force in the Mining Sector in Peru
The general objective is to contribute to improving the system of workforce development in Peru. Specifically, support will be given to developing the Mining Sector Skill Council to close skills gaps in the sector. Thus, the definition of the governance of this council and its functioning will be supported. It will also contribute to the development of the National Qualifications Framework and to start its implementation through the qualifications made by the Mining Sector Skill Council.
