The main objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to contribute to sustainable development of the city of Cusco, Peru by implementing the methodology of Emerging Sustainable Cities Initiative (ICES); under the program of additional cities of ICES. This methodology is based on the concept and evidence that comprehensive and multisectoral interventions are more efficient than sectoral interventions and they contribute more effectively to the challenges of urban growth way.
