General Objective: To contribute to capacity building for the implementation of Program Support Clusters in Peru from the experiences in other countries in the region. Specific objective: To support two visits by a team of officials of public institutions related to the design and implementation of cluster policies in two countries in Latin America (Brazil and Argentina) to identify success factors and lessons learned from these processes that serve as input for better implementation in Peru.
