To carry out a technnical mission to Brazil to visit the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (EMBRAPA), agricultural organizations from the private sector and officials specialized in research, technology transfer and agricultural innovation, in order to expand the knowledge required to improve the process of agricultural innovation in Peru and incorporate best practices within the design of the National Agricultural Innovation Programme.
