PE-T1262 : Improving Education Management

The objective of this TC is to support the Ministry of Education of Peru (MINED) in its institutional strengthening, so as to promote a results-oriented decentralized educational management. It is expected that with this TC the technical teams at the MINED and in the Regional Governments posses planning and budget programming skills that will allow them to efficiently execute the educational budget and to achieve the expected educational results. In addition, this TC will provide the technical personnel at the MINED and three Regional Governments with skills needed to develop the approach and methodology of process redesign to three key processes: budget planning, programming and execution; curriculum development; and teacher performance.
