PE-T1197 : BIOFUEL ACTION PLAN
Project Status: Closed
The overall objective of the Programme is to contribute to the mitigation of climate change by promoting biofuels production in deforested areas and/or degraded in the Amazon region (regions of San Martín, Ucayali and Loreto). The specific objective is the preparation of a Strategic Plan of Operations of biofuels in these regions. The Plan will support the achievement of future investment and development projects and supporting and strengthening an existing successful initiative in the area on which to base a model of development in the field of biofuels.
