Promoting Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship in Jaén and San Ignacio
The general purpose of the project is to contribute to the economic development of Jaen and San Ignacio Provinces and their areas of influence, by summing-up the actions of the regional and local governments, business sector and producers linked to the main agribusiness chains, universities and technical cooperation networks, within a permanent entity for social dialogue. The project has the double purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of the local supply through technical optimization and the implementation of public-private solutions to current constraints to the development of local productive activities, and to increase the entrepreneurial base and the generation of new business, preferably conducted by young people through specific promotion mechanisms of new businesses and the fostering of the labor training institutes and education system.
