Justice Administration System Modernization Support Program
The objective of this operation is to help the GOP to prepare the Justice Administration System Modernization Program (JSAMP). The resources form this proposed operation will be used to finance the activities necessary to finalize the preparation of the JSAMP before the MOF and to accelerate the initiation of the activities contained in said program. In particular, this operation will support the following activities: (i) the elaboration of proposals for the amendment of the Constitution's Justice System Chapter and associated legislation; (ii) the strengthening of the institutional capacity of the institutions that comprise the Justice Administration System (SAJ): (iii) the development of modern policies for legal public defense and the administration (i.e., design, financing, construction; maintenance, etc. --preferably through Public Private Partnerships -PPP) for the penitentiary system; and (iv) the design of the `program's strategic implementation scheme
