PE-M1104 : Strengthening the Employability and Employment of Youth in Pachacutec - Callao
Project Status: Closed
The project will complement the training system in one of the most neglected areas of Peru, "Ciudadela Pachacutec", adapting it to the demands of the labor market by promoting the inclusion and retention of young people in quality jobs. The result: improving employability and job articulation of youth through a technical training model for sustainable and scalable competence. The project will work with strategic partners, providing comprehensive training to 400 young people from 17 to 29 years, and existing companies (medium and large) active in the sectors of industry, construction, trade and services in the locality.
