PE-M1083 : Inclusion of small producers and mses in gourmet markets

The project will contribute to the private sector initiative to facilitate the access of small and micro enterprises and producers to high value gastronomic markets, improving their income in a permanent way. On one hand, the project will support the transformation of marketplaces into ¿Mercados Gastronómicos¿ by improving them in an integral manner, allow them to access a new group of clients/market sector. On the other hand, the project will improve the articulation of small producers (agriculture and fishing) to high value restaurants and to those "Mercados Gastronómicos". While the private-public partnership will invest on infrastructure and equipment, FOMIN will finance training, technical assistance, articulation, and the generation of a replicable business model.
