Competitiveness of indigenous artichoke value chain in Mantaro Valley

The project has the purpose to upgrade the competitiveness of the value chain of a high quality produce, of recent development with a growing foreign demand that has the virtue of integrating small agricultural producers, an agro-export company the Regional Government. To this end the project will contribute to increase productivity and optimal quality standards using BPM and innovative processes.
