Program to Reduce Vulnerability to Disasters I
The objective of the program is to strengthen and modernize the legal, institutional and policy framework for disaster risk management. Specifically, the program will support a number of legal and policy reforms at the level of government institutions with broad normative and sector mandates, including risk financing and the mechanisms of results-based budget allocation for disaster management of the Ministry of Economics and Finance.
