The program's overall aim is to increase productivity and business competitiveness by improving the business environment, strengthening the institutions, policies and instruments for competitiveness, and support for productive development and innovation. The objective of this first operation is to support the implementation of business environment reforms initiated by the government and initiate the process of improving the institutional framework to support competitiveness, as well as diagnosis and consultation for new areas to support reform improving productivity and business competitiveness.
