Water Resources Reform Program III
The objective of this third and final programmatic operation is to consolidate the reforms to improve the efficiency, equity, and sustainability of water use, by means of integrated, participatory management. This operation will thus complete a set of policy, institutional, regulatory, and structural reforms in the following areas: (i) macroeconomic stability; (ii) national water resources policy; (iii) institutional framework; (iv) regulatory framework; and (v) decentralization.
