PEF:PE-L1031 Modernization of the Justice Administration System Program

The objective of this operation is to help the GOP to prepare the Justice Administration System Modernization Program (JSAMP). The resources form this proposed operation will be used to finance the activities necessary to finalize the preparation of the JSAMP before the MOF and to accelerate the initiation of the activities contained in said program. In particular, this operation will support the following activities: (i) Carry out all necessary pre-feasibility and feasibility studies; (ii) finalize all necessary technical studies to ensure an adequate decision-making process during the revision of the JSAMP, (iii) support the consensus building and decision making processes for the development of an implementation strategy and execution plan; (iv) define the coordination, execution, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure an effective and speedy execution.
