Strengthening and Implementation of the Indigenous Economy Program for Full Life of the AIDESEP and the community initiatives (ECOIN)
Promote nature-based productive activity to contribute to the economic development of indigenous peoples, protecting their cultural identity and the environmental integrity of the Peruvian Amazon. The specific objectives are: a) promote the implementation and equipping of sustainable productive projects under the indigenous economy approach in 9 Amazonian regions; b) support the execution of the Life Plans, especially in terms of their dimension of economic development, food sovereignty and territorial protection, c) promote the creation of an incubator for indigenous businesses; and, d) strengthen the indigenous economy within the framework of the national and regional governance of the AIDESEP structure.
