Support for Portfolio Management
The objective of the TC project is to improve the capacity of the Ministry of Hacienda and Crédito Público (MHCP) and the National Technical Committee (NTC) to monitor the portfolio of investment projects financed by the IDB so as to be able to anticipate risks and problems associated with the achievement of project goals, and to implement necessary measures to ensure their accomplishment.
