NI-T1184 : International Best Practices in Pre-Investment Systems

The purpose of this TC (intra) is to finance a study tour for the exchange of experience and knowledge of three officials of the Directorate General of Public Investment (DGIP), Ministry of Finance and Public Credit of Nicaragua, with the National Institute for Preinvestment of Ecuador. It aims to strengthen the technical and managerial capabilities of the DGIP, facilitating a better understanding of the functioning of the pre-investment fund employed in Ecuador and its institutional framework. This experience will serve to guide the future implementation of modern preinvestment system in Nicaragua.
