Support to the implementation of the National Plan of Science,Technology and Inn
Provide the Government of Nicaragua and CONICYT in particular, a viable plan of actions to implement the National Plan of CTI, restructuring the system of incentives to support the CTI, so that value is functional to the new programmatic approach established by the authorities and is able to absorb an increased volume of resources channeled to the sector and the corresponding demand for the different actors of national innovation system especially business and the productive sector.
