The objective of this technical cooperation is to finance training and study tour on experiences of regulatoru agencies of public procurement systems in terms of implementation and operation of framework agreements; price cathalogs from these agreements, practical exercise and its formalization, the implementation of a mandatory policy guidelines, technical and regulatory assistance related to the gradul process of accreditation of skills. Since the DGCE as Lead Agency, it requires knowledge of developments in other countries that have developed these best practices.
