Strenghtenning of the Planning System
The objective of this technical cooperation is to support the Government of Nicaragua in improving the effectiveness of the planning process, through the construction of participatory methodologies and practices in order for SEPRES to overcome obstacles and to make possible that the policies and budget projections have a positive impact in the implementation, monitoring and auditing of the National Planning System and Sector Plans.
