The objective of the TC is to support the Government of Nicaragua in their effort to strenghten the climate of security and legal predictability and the rule of law through the improvement of the civil registration system. The specific object is modernization of the systems for the registration of births, changes in civil status and death, and its relevant documentation, through the use of ICTs.
