Climate Resilience and High-value Fruit Exports in Nicaragua

The MIF will support the growth and consolidation of an eco-efficient agro-industrial processing model for tropical fruits that will be used for the production of specialized organic products. The project will link about 1,250 smallholder producers (800 new producers) to BASA's provider network. The model represents a sustainable income-generating market option that will improve the productivity and resilience of the participating smallholder producers
