The specific objectives are: (i) to maintain a stable macroeconomic framework, consistent with the program objectives; (ii) to strengthen financial regulation to improve access to financing for productive projects and enterprises; (iii) to improve the business climate and competition; and (iv) to strengthen the institutional framework to support productive development.
