To support the design and implementation of policy reforms for integrated water and sanitation management in Mexico under operation ME-L1362. Through this technical cooperation, the generation of technical inputs, specialized analyses, and proposals for strategic and regulatory reforms will be promoted to help ensure the population's access to water and sanitation services, in accordance with the human right to water. This will be achieved through reducing imbalances in the allocation of water concessions and increasing the volumes available for public use, under a sustainable, efficient, and inclusive management model.
