To strengthen the institutional capacities of the General Directorate for Human Mobility and Development (DGMHD) of the Secretariat of Foreign Affairs for the management, systematization, and analysis of information on human mobility to improve the generation of evidence-based recommendations for decision-making. The specific objectives are: i) advance the systematization and digitalization of the DGMHD's processes through the development of data processing, analysis, and visualization tools; ii) strengthen inter-secretarial coordination between the DGMHD and other government agencies for the generation of articulated, data-driven recommendations, including the promotion of national or international dialogue spaces on human mobility; and iii) develop institutional technical capacities for the generation and dissemination of specialized knowledge on human mobility.
