Assessing the Impact of Programa Luciérnaga on Interaction Quality in Mexican Childcare Centers

The objective of this TC is to support the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) evaluate its new Education and Childcare Model (MECI) in order to estimate the impact of implementing Programa Luciérnaga—a mentoring-based, in-service training intervention for caregivers in childcare centers—on the quality of caregiver-child interactions in IMSS's new early childcare and education centers (CECI), as well as in their existing childcare services.
