Metrological innovation to support the Circular Economy and the Green Industrial Transition
The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the National Metrology Center (CENAM) to provide metrological services that contribute to the green industrial transition and the adoption of Circular Economy (CE) principles in Mexican companies. Additionally, it aims to identify, update, and improve metrological services for the sectors prioritized in the Mexico Plan. The specific objectives are: (i) To diagnose the existing and necessary technical and institutional capacities for CENAM to contribute to the productivity of the sectors prioritized by the Mexico Plan; and (ii) To build technical and institutional capacities for the adaptation of CENAM's metrological services necessary to contribute to the quality, production, and integration of Mexican companies into Global Value Chains (GVCs).
