Aging Facility: Support the design and strengthening of actions and policies to train long-term care (LTC) caregivers in Mexico

The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the professionalization of caregivers through training and certification in the care of older adults with functional dependence or disability, using a Person-Centered approach. This approach focuses on providing essential care competencies that respect individual needs, benefiting both the people receiving care and those providing it, with a gender perspective.
