Improving digital tools of the Mexican Pension System

This operation seeks to improve the use and exploitation of the digital tools that are available in the Mexican pension system. Currently, 25% of the 73 million accounts have basic data and workers do not interact with their individual account. This operation will support the Mexican authorities to improve the processes, management and interaction of workers affiliated with the AFORE to achieve better use of the benefits that their individual account offers them and that are not taken advantage of for different reasons. In this way, it will be possible to contribute to a greater accumulation of resources to finance individual pensions, in particular women.
