Support for local institutional strengthening for the implementation of the General Law of Human Settlements, Land Management and Urban Development (LGAHOTDU) and its Territorial and Urban Information System (SITU)
The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the Ministry of Agrarian, Land and Urban Development (SEDATU) to improve the implementation at the subnational level of the General Law of Human Settlements, Land Management and Urban Development (LGAHOTDU) through of the application of its instruments and the strengthening of the regulatory framework. The specific objectives are: (i) coordinate the implementation of the law instruments at local scale; (ii) strengthen the regulatory framework for urban development; and (iii) evaluate its implementation efforts.
