Support to the Attorney General Office of Mexico to Strengthen its Criminal Investigation Capacities
Develop a set of projects to strengthen the capabilities of the Criminal Investigation Agency that allow to continue the new model for the investigation of crimes in Mexico, harmonized with international standards of the institutions responsible for the investigation, the Sistema de Justicia Penal Acusatorio (SJPA) model and the characteristics required of an autonomous prosecutor in the investigation of crimes. The foregoing, through: (i) preparing a strategic plan for the AIC that allows for the removal of critical processes, (ii) articulating the career service with the training system, and (iii) generating a coordination mechanism for the systems of information management.
