Rural Public Expenditure Studies for the Improvement of the Efficiency and Effectiveness of the Agricultural Expenditure and Environmental Sustainability Programs
The objective of this TC is to provide the authorities of the Mexican administration with a set of comparable analyzes of SAGARPA's policies, programs and public spending for the rural sector in recent years and on possible reforms that will serve as the basis for a change in the spending orientation and serve to improve the productivity of small and medium farmers based on the effects of climate change on agricultural production.
