ME-T1336 : Technical Cooperation for the Ecocasa Program

The general objective of the ECOCASA Program is to contribute to the reduction of GHG emissions in the housing sector in Mexico. This objective is in progress with the provided finance for housing developers to build housing projects that meet GHG reduction goals established by the program, as well as mortgages that follow CONAVI's sustainability criteria. The objectives of the new TC program are the strengthen and monitoring of: The activities of monitoring and evaluation of the program and, (2) the energy simulation models used in the program ECOCASA. Please note that this TC will be funded with funds from the Clean Technology Fund channeled by IDB.
