The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC ) is to help close the knowledge gap, by developing, implementing and evaluating an experimental intervention in Mexico that seeks to reduce occupational segregation and promote non-traditional areas of research among young women, in order to reduce gender gaps in the labor market.
